current beauty and fashion wants

outfit and make up inspiration

Reading too many blog posts on certain products, or even discovering new products definitely has it's downfalls. That being the sudden drop of money leaving my bank account after accidently buying products I 'just had to have'. The downfalls definitely don't matter that much though, because hey at least I have pretty new stuff. Right? Though, I have to admit when reading reviews and posts on 'hyped up' products I definitely have to read atleast 20 different (slight exaggeration ) reviews just to make sure, after all, I don't want to spend my money on something that isn't what I expected, even though that does happen from time to time. I just love buying stuff. What girl doesn't?

Beauty
I've been needing to purchase another Rimmel Stay Matte powder for a while now since mine decided to break and crumble into pieces in my bag. Sob. Sob. Cheap and cheerful so a definite purchase ASAP. For the mean time I've been using a mix between my Maybelline Fit Me powder, My Avon one and my MUA one. All three are good, don't get me wrong, but I much prefer this gem, and the way it is on my skin.
Nars Laguna Bronzer is everywhere. Everyone seems to have this beauty, everyone except myself. This has been on my wishlist for months now and I can't even think why I haven't gone out and bought this yet. That will definitely soon be changing. This is a must have. After swatching a few weeks ago, and testing out, I fell in love.
After seeing Clinique's Moisture Surge Overnight Mask featured on Kate's blog (gh0stparties)  and then doing a bit more background research on the product (oo fancy!) I liked the idea and the sound of this. My skin is dull, to be quite frank. I love face masks especially overnight ones. I am itching to give this one a try. Clinique are a fabulous brand, even though the £28 price mark is a bit shit! Moving on to Barry M and their latest offering of a 'Hi Shine Gel Effect'. Now, I've never been a huge fan on Barry M nail polishes. Just me? Probably! Yeah, they have a few nice shades but they're not a brand I tend to gravitate towards for my Nail Polishes. However, these beauties, especially the shade above, well you can see for yourself it's beautiful. Everyone seems to be really impressed with the 'Gelly' range and I am dying to buy a few shades. Lately, I've been rather lazy when it comes to nails and just opting for a Mushroom coloured shades and barely livening it up and changing, like I used to. Next is the hugely popular Urban Decay Naked Basics Palette. Never getting my mitts on Naked 1 and 2, purely for the fact I found the palette inconvienient especially when I have my MUA ones which are practically the same. But, this small little palette of joy is smaller, more compact and easy for on the go. And with 6 wearable neutral shades, this is PERFECT for everyday. I need. Soap and Glory's Supercat Liner has been on my wishlist for quite some time now and to be perfectly honest I don't know why I still haven't purchased this, it's cheap and I wear eyeliner everyday, well the days I wear make up. There's nothing I love more than a perfect feline flick on my eyes.  Their Thick and Fast Mascara I have tried before and it was love when I first tried it out. Need need need. Lastly on the beauty bits and finishing with Soap and Glory's Fab Pore Hot Cloth Cleanser. There's so many different brands offering hot cloth cleansers, the popular one being Liz Earle's Cleanse and Polish, and I've never really tried them, so what better way to try with this little cute one from S&G. Well, it's not exactly little is it? But, the packaging is cute and that's definitely one of the biggest selling points for me. If anyone of you have tried this hot cloth cleanser, please do tell me your thoughts!

Fashion/Accessories
Spring is imminent which can only mean one thing. Pastel colours. I'm a sucker for pastel colours, whatever the season. And, I'm a big lover of cute knitted bright jumpers, just like this beautiful one from Topshop. I've seen an exact similiar one of this in H&M at pretty much half the price. I think they look so casual yet so chic with a pair of black skinny jeans and paired with some pretty flats, like the Leopard print slipper style shoes pictured. I've also seen the exact same shoes in H&M for £14.99. Ahhhh good old H&M. I love you. I am definitely picking those up, for sure.
The sunglasses are a must, they may not be Rayban (sigh!) but they are essential. You can definitely pick these up for cheap in Primark or H&M. Anywhere! Lastly, this bag. AH. Gorgeous. I own a lot of bags. A lot. However I don't own many black bags. Shocking. Black bags are always needed, and this bag reminds me a lot like the Alexander Wang Rocco bag. You can get so many great dupes on Ebay. I love love love the zip detailing and the fact it comes with a long strap too!

Okay so now I am lusting over all of these things, and wanting them all...
Currently I am fresh out of the shower, towel on my head and sipping green tea. I'm desperately trying to cut down on the caffeine. Let's see how long I last with this!

I hope you've all had a fabulous weekend, and a fabulous day.
Much Love

payday wishlist

I told myself recently that I need to stop spending money. I tell myself the same thing frequently. It never happens. Never ever. But that's okay, because, I do really need all these stuff, and payday is on Friday, and it's perfectly acceptable to treat myself... Of course it is!

I went into Hoopers yesterday with Jordan, did a bit of make-up shopping, Jordan somehow managed to spend a hell of a lot of money on 4 Chanel items. Oops! Worth it though! I went to the Estee Lauder counter, where the girl was so bloody lovely. I had recently tried out Double Wear, which is a bit different for me. Now, I'm all for full coverage, that's me down to a T, but I've always been slightly wary with DW due to the fact that I've seen people wearing it and look incredibly cakey. However, blended in nicely with the Real Techniques buffing brush, this looks really lovely, and I just love the longevity of it, and how it lasts all day. Perfect for me. I got matched to the shade 'Desert Beige', so definitely picking this up on Friday.

Really wanting the CHANEL Soleil De Tan after using Jordan's, I'm completely sold on the beautiful product and just know that I need this in my life too. I think I might just have to wander to the CHANEL counter after picking up the Estee Lauder Double Wear. More on make up, is the Laura Mercier Tinted Moisturiser. I've seen a lot of people rave about this, and I've been intrigued by this for a long time. I used to be all about tinted moisturisers, til blemishes appeared and I was all for a full coverage foundation, however I am still itching to try this, so perhaps I'll pick up a sample on Friday too. This Laura Mercier body souffle smells absoloutley divine, seriously it smells SO good. Putting this on after a nice long bath would just be pure heaven! Lastly on the Make-Up front is this Nars highlighter. Forever wanting products that give me a luminious glow, and especially with the winter months approaching imminently, it's about time I purchased this. I can see this looking really beautiful with a peachy-toned blush and a natural flawless base.

Clothes... all of these, bar the bag and the Nike Blazers are Topshop. What can I say? I love Topshop! After work on Friday, I'm purchasing all of these FINALLY. I think it's safe to say I am fully embracing the camo trend. Like my Topshop wishlist post, I featured the MIGHTY boots and the Camo Jacket, and they're both still firm favourites and I am still eager to purchase these beauties. The boots are just gorgeous and will look lovely with jeans, leggings and dresses. I know I will definitely get a hell of a lot of wear out of the boots! I can't wait. The 'Geek' t-shirt I originally saw a few weeks back in a burgundy colour, which I did prefer, however I still really like this, and I love t-shirts with motifs and writing, and think it's perfect with the camo jacket, leggings, and flats or even the Nike Blazers. Of course, had to include a knitted jumper in here too, camo of course. So beautiful. Will look pretty over dresses, which speaking of dresses I just adore this red printed floral tea dress. I can see myself wearing it with a leather biker and the boots featured here!

How long have I wanted Nike Blazers for now? Seems like FOREVER. On Friday these babies will be mine. Not in this colour though! I'm thinking a cherry/burgundy colour, hoping they have them in my size in Footasylum! *please do*

Lastly, I really need a new bag. I have so many bags, but it has occured to me that I don't have a black bag. Who doesn't have a black bag? Seriously! Most of my bags are either tan/cream or like a dusty pink colour, so It's about time I bought myself a black one. A big one. I love this slouchy style satchel. More than likely I'll have a look around Topshop, as long as I get a bag I don't care!

I could probably be here forever with wishlists, who couldn't be? I love making lists of what I want!

Hope you're all okay! I'm currently feeling very sorry for myself, as I'm sick, solidering through it though and going into work! Think I got the worst of it yesterday, thankfully.
Much Love

Coral Love

.
Really loving coral and orange at the moment, such a pretty, feminine colour and with spring in the air, (though it does feel like summer!) Coral's a fab colour to be wearing, whether it be clothes, make up or accessories!
The Topshop pleated mini shirt dress is so lovely and I need to get my hands on it! Style it with a pair of brogues or flats. Or wedges! Though, I tend to just stick to flats as I'm not a great walker in heels, I do try! Also loving the Wildfox jumper with the stars and stripes emblem, SO cute. I love jumpers. Even in the hot weather, I find myself just looking for them. So easy to wear, stick them with a pair of leggings, riding pants, maybe even pinky coral jeans if you like colour clashing !

Amazing weather once again today. I've literally done nothing today. Just, sunbathed in the garden, listening to my iPod. I've caught the sun a bit. Still pale though. Definitely going to have to invest in some fake tan. I've always just embraced my paleness however now,
I don't like it, at all!

Was invited to the Glossybox Caudalie event tonight in Covent Garden, which I would have LOVED to go, however, living in the North West & only finding out 2 days prior isn't good, as train tickets are sky high :( Sad face indeed! So wish I lived in London! I love London too much. Manchester/Cheshire is great and all, but to live in London would be just the best.

Right okay, going off on a tangent there, hope
you're all enjoying this glorious sun!
